            II Kings 4:8-37

 

Accept Children as God�s Gift vs. 12-17      Psalm 127:3,4

Don�t any let children know you don�t want them, love them or are unhappy they came into your family.

      Some children are planned, some are not.  Some are the result of parental sin and some the act of love.

Don�t forget God is sovereign and that child is not a mistake to Him.  You are to nurture and love each one. Eph. 6: 4

 

Allow children to take risk vs. 18-20

            Let Boys be boys

            Let girls be girls

            Make sure they have lots of outside activities

            Don�t let electronics replace God�s creation

 

Ask God for miracles vs. 21-36

            Miracles of supply 4:1-7

            Miracles of life vs. 32-37

            Miracles of guidance 8:1-6

 

Acknowledges God�s intervention vs. 37

            The Statement of Praise I Sam. 1:24-28

            The Prayer of Praise 2:1-10

 

Are you acting as a mother of worth? Or a father or grandparent of worth?
